Builders regulatory authority bill
Dear All,
The Builders Regulatory authority bill is going to take place his own body. I think this bill will support to the investors and brokers from cheating and miss commitments of builders to the their customers. Many builders offers the different kind of schemes that attracts to buyer like:
> Buyback guaranty but when buyer wants their money back with interest builder charges hidden expenses and a person didn't got exact amount.
>zero percent interest on EMI but some time bank charges all the interest from buyer during the project was developing.
>possession within certain months but builder always extends their possession time, each and every builder is doing this now a days.
>very attractive brouchers that never meets the actual project specifications.
>Many Builder offers to the buyers for cash adjustments at the time of booking for handling the cash, which is mostly black money.
>Some people has tens of properties in the same district that increases or maintained the demand of properties and it causes the price increase for a certain property though a needed person unable to purchase the same.
>Builder offers the different percentage of commission to different brokers and sub brokers that is the main reason for price variation for clients. if a person takes the property from X broker and another takes the same property from Y broker then the price will be different because of percent of commission offered is not same for all.
>Many builder and big brokers not pays the commission against booking to the brokers or sub brokers.
These are the some issues that are taking place in this sector. and the Bill may be capable enough to control all these.

Now a days in the Noida And Greater Noida expressway and noida the home furnishing and interior decoration is the fastest growing business, because the many Builders have offered the possession and several are going to be ready to move and approximately each builder is offering unfurnished or semi-furnished apartments and peoples are required to some modification in kitchen, wardrobe, furnitures and so many things. This field has a huge client and market to work..
So interested candidates can invest and start working. Although many well known Brands are working in this area but they are too much costly that's why for the new peoples, the gates are wide open.. So hurry up guys..

Gulshan Homez extended again the date of master plan
Dear All,
The Gulshan Homes have been extend the date of launch of Master Plan of Botnia till 9th of march16.
Because of this buyers of the project are not sure about their booked units.
wherever the Ikebana is going to be ready for possession very soon and its club is already in working condition and it is very attractive for new and existing Buyers because of its luxurious design and amenities.
and be in touch i will be update you time to time about property in expressway.

Gulshan Botnia opens the flat bookings
Dear All,
Gulshan dose not have the master plan for Botnia till now yet, but they are receiving the cheques for unit preference in units allotment. The builder is going to public their master plan on Monday march-2016. Investors and buyers will not be able to take the benefit of inaugural discount of Rs. 500/sqft from today onwards. The builder will launch the payment plan Flexi and CLP.
Gulshan dose not have the master plan for Botnia till now yet, but they are receiving the cheques for unit preference in units allotment. Gulshan Homes Starts fresh Bookings from 5th Of March 2016, for its Residential Project "Botnia" At Sector-144 Noida Expressway. The Booking amount for 2BHK is 4 lacs and for 3 BHK is 5 Lacs which will be adjusted in 15% of next demand which will generated with in next 45days of booking, and next demand will be raised after 5 to 6 months which very good for investors because the metro will be in running form will be in next one and half year and the appreciation will surly took place.
because of the sector-144 is mixed with commercial and residential.
and gulshan offers Rs.500/sqft as inaugural discount up to 5th of march 2015. but builder have not released master plan till now........

best time to invest in noida and noida extension in property
Dear All,
this is the best time to invest the money in property to get maximum return with in two or three years because the builders are launching new projects with very flexible payments plane like 10:80:10 and subvention payment plane in noida expressway and greater noida west. Gulshan Homez is going to launch a residential project in 5 acre of part of total land of 17 acre land in noida expressway sector-144. At this time only 2BHK and 3BHK are going to be launched sizes are not fixed but hope it will be soon please be in touch i will update you when builder will decide the sizes.
